Andrew Wright - Andrew Wright-retired as a National Director of the AVAA after serving 10 years from 1998 to 2008. He has previously been a National Director of COSBOA ( Council of Small Business Organisations in Australia). He was a panel member of the Commonwealth Government's COAG skills Recognition Taskforce. He is a Senior Lecturer in both Valuation and Auction Practice for AVAA and recognized by TAFE NSW. In 2006 Andrew Wright was contracted to provide a day long lecture programme on Valuation Practice in house for one of Australia's largest Auction & Valuation Companies at their Head Office in Sydney.

Until 1991 - he operated a very successful Auction and Valuation Business in Tasmania. The regular weekly room Auctions became an institution in Hobart on a Thursday evening and many varied on site Auctions including Business, House and Rural Clearance Auctions occurred. Valuations were done on behalf of Government, Public Institutions, Business and Private Individuals.

From 1991 - until the end of 2000 Andrew Wright was based in Sydney having Senior Valuation and Auctioneering roles with Leading Australian Companies as well as successfully operating his own business Andrew Wright Auctioneers and Valuers.

The Valuations - have been diverse extending from Commercial, Business & General Equipment and Industrial Plant and Machinery to Fine Art & Antiques. Clients range from Corporate, Government, and Business Sectors to the General Public. The Auction Sales have been successful with excellent results achieved for clients who are all important to us.
