In late 2009 working for Australia's leading Auction & Valuation Company,Pickles Auctions,Andrew Wright valued all the assets in the matter of the Matnic Group Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) under instructions from a leading financial institution.The Matnic Group were a  large Northern Tasmanian earthmoving & excavation Company.All their assets were extremely late model.In early 2010,Andrew Wright successfully sold by Auction the Matnic Group(In Liquidation) Assets for Pickles Auctions in a major Auction that attracted Australia-wide interest.This Auction was the largest of its kind held in Tasmania since the Comet Enterprises(In Liquidation) Auction held some 300 metres down the road in Sunderland Steet Moonah/Derwent Park by Andrew Wright in 2006.

Again in 2008 wrightvaluers experience was utilized on the mainland in Sydney.Andrew Wright from wrightvaluers was appointed by the Administrators to value the complete assets of leading Seafood Processor Tasea Enterprises Limited at their premises in south west Sydney.This ongoing National Experience is an important bonus for prospective and current Tasmanian Clients to take advantage of Locally and Statewide.

Also in 2008 under instructions from the Victorian based Managing Controllers ,wrightvaluers completed a comprehensive Valuation Project in the matter of the then iconic Tasmanian Company,Hartz Mineral Water.

Under instructions from one of Tasmania's leading Insolvency Practitioners Mr Barry Hamilton of B.K.Hamilton & Associates Chartered Accountant in 2006 Andrew Wright valued all the assets for major Earthmoving and Excavation Company Comet Enterprises Pty Ltd. When this company went into administration Andrew Wright Auctioneers & Valuers completed a major private treaty sale of assets.After the company went into liquidation a  major auction sale of assets was also completed.

Acting under instructions from Australia's leading Auctioneers & Valuers Gray Eisdell Timms Pty Ltd (now Graysonline), Andrew Wright in 2001 valued the assets including the corporate art collection of the HIH Insurance Group (Joint Provisional Liquidators Appointed) Australia-wide. The HIH collapse was the largest in Australia's corporate history. Also under instructions from Gray Eisdell Timms Pty Ltd  (now Graysonline) he assisted in the valuation of the assets belonging to the failed telco One.tel.

Under instructions from Dovebid Business Auctions & Valuations Worldwide (www.dovebid.com) in 2003 Andrew Wright valued the Corporate Art Collection, Furnishings, Sculptures and Lighting at Crown Casino in Melbourne in a major Valuation Project.

Under instructions from Tasmanian Perpetual Trustees Ltd the valuation and auction of the Estate of the late Joan Graney who was the Grandaughter of the last member of the famous Whitesides and Son Furniture Makers of Hobart Town whose work included the Presidents Chair in the Tasmanian Legislative Council.

Valuations have been undertaken for most of Australia's major banks and many finance companies.

Over the past two years  On Site Auctions held in Southern Tasmania all under instructions from the various Vendors include Associated Plastics and ATA Engineering Pty Ltd, Bender Drive Derwent Park; Tassal;  Domeney Bros Fruit Farm, Flowerpot; historic Rose & Crown Inn, Lewisham; and Charles Bremner Antiques, Battery Point.

Recent Valuations of Tasmanian Special Interest Museums include The Tasmanian Racing Club Museum and The Devonport Maritime Museum. Also significant items from The Officers Mess at historic Anglesea Barracks, the Heritage Collection of antique furniture, art and objects belonging to The Tasmanian Ports Corporation and under instructions from the Public Trustee their Heritage Collection of antique furniture.

Other corporate and business asset valuations completed  included  DRESDNER KLEINWORT WASSERSTEIN (Sydney) The Corporate Art Collection of this German Merchant Bank located in the heart of Sydney's CBD in George Street; CRISP & ASSOCIATES PTY LTD (Sydney) The office furniture and equipment, Information Technology, and Art Collection of this Sydney Law Firm; BEACONSFIELD GOLD MINE (Tasmania); BARRENGERS TASMANIA PTY LTD (Launceston, Tasmania) The assets including machinery, vehicles and equipment of this large Tasmanian aluminium window manufacturer and glazier. After the valuation a very successful on site auction sale was conducted at a later date by Andrew Wright Auctioneers & Valuers. Tasmanian hotels include ROSEVEARS TAVERN (TASMANIA) All the hotel assets including bar and restaurant under instructions from the Melbourne based Receivers. Tasmanian restaurants include ROZZINI'S PIZZA HOUSE & RESTAURANT (Hobart, Tasmania) LONGACRES (Andover, Tasmania) Machinery at this 2000 acre Midlands property). The Hamilton Mineral Water Plant was another specialist valuation undertaken.
